Drink a cup of water for every 10 pounds of body weight everyday (spaced through out the day).

Get trace minerals along with your water.

Don't count calories, just always remember that food is for fuel.

You don't put junk in your car's gas tank and then expect it to run like a race car, right?  Eat good wholesome non-processed food as much as possible.  If you eat good food and drink plenty of good clean water along with exercise, then your body will use the resources that it needs and then dump the rest.

Remember that without exercise nothing works, in the long run.  To lose weight you want to work up to 45 minutes a day for 5 or 6 days each week.

For your thyroid and hormone health discontinue the use of all vegetable oils. Read labels to eliminate all soy, canola, safflower, corn, or cottonseed oils.

To optimize thyroid function consume coconut oil, English walnuts, Raw Milk, and Mexican yams.

To lose fat and stay healthy, you must eat good fats.  The only added oils to use are coconut oil, or olive oil.  Other good fats to eat are raw butter and raw milk.

To lose weight it is important to get a good nights sleep each night.  Aim for 7 to 8 hours of sleep with at least 2 of those hours before midnight each night.

It is also important to believe that you can and will lose weight to lose weight.

Never obsess about what your weight is.  There is generally not even a good reason to use a scale.  You can't tell if you are improving by how you look and feel.
