Fruit is a very important food source.

The great thing about fruit is that it tastes like dessert.  It has lots of fiber, and plenty of enzymes and vitamins.

Fruit can be fun, and it's easy to get it fresh and raw.

One caution with fruit:  Don't become a fruitarian.

A fruit only diet causes lots of problems.  There are many nutrients that fruit can't supply.

Eating fresh raw fruit can do lots of good positive things for you, but it isn't a complete food supply.

Another caution: Don't let juice be your source of fruit.

When fruit is juiced, you lose lots of nutrition and you concentrate the sugars.  It is much better to just eat whole fresh fruit.
