Problems For Pill PushersMarch 19th, 2008
Have you been noticing all the problems for pill pushers these days?
There was just another study reported in the news about how antibiotics don't really accomplish what they are supposed to. More particularly, this one says they don't work for colds and flu symptoms, even if you've been sick for 10 days or more. Of course, those of us who keep up on health related things have know for a long time that antibiotics often cause more harm than good. They are just another drug causing an imbalance the in the body. If you absolutely must have an antibiotic, use garlic, or honey, or something that will kill bad bacteria without harming the good bacteria that is so important for the health of the body. The type of drugs that are prescribed the most by doctors these days are anti-cholesterol drugs. These also have proven dangerous and ineffective for heart health. The medical community still has not admitted that cholesterol is merely a symptom and not the cause of the problem. So they continue to cause more imbalances in the body by artificially lowering cholesterol. See "Cholesterol: The Truth" for more information and solutions. The second most prescribed drug type is anti-depression drugs. It has been shown in many studies that these also don't work, and in fact contribute to depression. The drug companies continue to report only studies that they can twist to sound favorable, and ignore any and all studies that are clearly negative toward one of their patented drugs. Depression is easily eliminated when people start a healthy lifestyle including whole raw foods, plenty of water, plenty of rest, and daily moderate exercise. As more and more news along these lines comes out, people are beginning to get the picture. Our current medical paradigm is way off. Drugs can only cause imbalances in the human body. The only way to get true balance in the body is to use whole natural foods that are grown in ways to avoid as many toxins as possible. Just eat a high quality natural foods diet, exercise, drink plenty of good clean water, make sure you get fiber (whole raw foods), get plenty of sleep, breathe deeply and have a gratitude attitude. Your body will take care of you, if you take care of it. Coach G. Success in health comes from lifestyle described here.
